I’ve had a manager tell me my coffee is right because she’s the manager and the one who made my coffee.. well, I’ve been drinking this particular coffee for 7 years.. I’ve also had them close and stop taking orders while I was inside the store in the line.
- SSShauna smithApr 10, 20245.0It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. There are not a lot of people like that anymore these days. Kudos to you, young man. I wish I had caught your name.

Bacon eggs and cheese on croissant was a bit sub par. Crossian tasted dried out at 6am on Sunday. Average experience. Wait was not bad, but then I was the only person up at this time getting food.
