- ABAndrew BennettJan 4, 20261.0Went to shaws today an went to self checkout with my mom just buying some stuff for dinner then the system was having issues not just once but 3 times the cashier had to come over and kept replaying the security camera on the reg each time thought that was extremely wrong as I stand there with costumers looking at me like I'm some theft or something so awkward . I then came home to call them to say it wasn't right only for the manager to tell me that that's there new system and I should go through regular check out instead then. Not only is that is wrong but I should never leave a store feeling like that. I get it that the theft has been bad around town but your should be respectful for those who are actually trying to shop and feed there family .this is the second time this has happened to me in a row . Not only that is makes me uncomfortable your also putting your cashiers in a uncomfortable situation replaying security footage on regestiers around other costumers when us paying costumers are trying to buy groceries.
