  took 15 mins to get my matcha drink. other customers walked in and out and they didn’t start making it until i started making noise. The lady who looks like a tom boy short white chubby was very rude and made everyone laugh at me for complaining about the time of drink being made. I asked for my money back and then they began making it. My girlfriend even said time management and i had my hijab on so unsure if it was racially or personally started. But unprofessional. I will be calling the better business bureau

  I used to go here daily, but it became understaffed to the point that I showed up one day and only one girl was working there and her boyfriend was talking to her the whole time. I stopped going for years because of how understaffed it was. I was forced to go there just now and things appear to have changed! Four employees meant nobody was waiting. The food was ready immediately. Everybody had the proper attire. I loved it! I think I might be going back!

  I totally understand having fun at work, but this place was a hot mess when I was there last. One employee was struggling to properly make a drink, blaming it on being his second day, only for his coworkers to scold him for lying. All the workers were clearly having a great time, but they were yelling and messing around at an inappropriate level. It was so disruptive that the worker taking orders actually had to tell them to shush because they couldn't hear the customers. Due to all the workers being unfocused, my sandwich came out so burnt that when I brought it back to the counter for a replacement, I heard someone ask "Who sent that out?" There needs to be a manager on duty to take control of the goofing off to working ratio. It felt like a middle school cafeteria run by the middle schoolers.

  The staff was not overly friendly and the BEC bagel was edible, but nothing to rave about; however, the service was quick.

  Very rude attitude both morning and night time crew. Left my coffee sitting there for over 20 minutes without taking the time to call my name or put it on the counter, it just sat there while other customers were taken care of, not to mention the place very dirty and disorganized. When I asked where’s my coffee they rolled their eyes at me and didn’t apologize for their rude service and behavior. My ice coffee was completely melted not ice and wasn’t offer a new one.
