  I'm not someone who enjoys leaving bad reviews. I understand mistakes happen so i try not to get bent out of shape when they occur. With that said, my recent experience with this Dominos location irked me enough to leave a negative review. Here's what happened: I placed a three item delivery order and selected the "hand it to me" option since I was planning on giving a cash tip. I was expecting to hear a knock at my door at some point but eventually enough time had gone by that I decided to check the status of my order via the order tracking feature. To my surprise the order was marked as delivered. I went to my door to grab the food but it wasn't there. Weird. I figured the driver must be close so I waited a little longer. After another 5 minutes or so I elected to call the location directly. After about a 7 minute hold they answered and informed me the food had been placed outside my building, not outside my door. I live in a 6 unit apartment building with one main entrance. There's no way to confuse it with the front door of a house. The food had just been sitting outside in subfreezing temps getting snowed on. I've ordered from this dominos at least a dozen times over the last couple of years and this has never happened before. The food was luke warm and painfully mediocre for that reason. Annoying, sure, but I still wasn't going to leave a bad review. Like I said, mistakes happen. This is where the situation gets really frustrating. I realized a few minutes after bringing my food inside that they had forgotten one of my items. So I called again, waited on hold for 10 minutes or so, just to have the call abruptly ended. I called again, and after another few minutes a supposed manager answered. I explained I did not receive my entire order and she apologized and said she'd let the driver know I still needed one of my items. 30 minutes go by and it's about 15 minutes before they close. I call again, wait on hold for 10 minutes, and they proceed hang up on me again. Now the store is closed and I'm sure no one is coming. They just straight up lied to me. Listen, a mistake (or two) is one thing, but knowingly giving someone the runaround is super unprofessional. I wanted to go to bed but I purposefully waited up for the driver to arrive. It's clear now that the reason the driver left my food outside my building instead of handing it to me as I'd requested is because he/she forgot an item and they didn't want to deal with me directly. Then the manager tells me they'll handle the problem and proceed to go out of their way to keep me on hold only to not answer my phone calls and/or hang up on me. Obviously they were hoping that by not answering my calls I would just go away. Just own your mistakes and be honest if you can't correct them. Have some professionalism.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received one with no sauce and no cheese, which honestly made it completely inedible. When I contacted the store to have the mistake corrected, no replacement pizza was ever delivered. Instead, I was given a coupon as a solution. Unfortunately, the situation got worse when I tried to use the coupon and it didn’t work. When I called the store again, no one could give me a clear answer or help resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told to speak with management, but never actually connected with anyone who could fix the problem. the lack of follow-through and customer service was frustrating. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this store unless you’re truly out of options. It felt like there was very little care taken in getting orders right or making things right afterward.

  The last 2 months we have ordered from this location the quality is terrible. The pizzas have been over cooked, super thin crust with a hand tossed pizza and hardly any sauce. We didn’t notice until visited other dominos and seeing their quality is a lot better.

  Followed tracker .. said it was delivered...no pizza. Called up an girl says it’s gonna be an hour wait . No apology no explanation why the tracker said it was delivered. Rude.
