  I wish I could leave a zero I have never been treated so rudely. The chicken wrap was missing from my bag and when I called to speak to a manager she kept saying she put it in the bag herself even though there is nothing there and then she proceeded to tell me a smart person would have checked the bag before they left. After her being so rude I asked for corporate number and she proceeded to tell me she can't give out personal information. Her name is JENNIFER

  Almost forgot to write a review how disappointed was my experience at this Wendy’s location. About a month ago, we placed a breakfast pickup order (10:15am, I think?) and we had to pick it up by 10:30am. (that’s the time they serve breakfast until) Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way, so we had to return home, switch cars, and then drive back. Because of this unexpected situation, we arrived a few minutes late (around 10:37–10:38 AM). When we arrived, we explained that the order was already placed and paid for, and that we were just there to pick it up. The girl working at the window had a very rude and dismissive attitude, telling us that breakfast was no longer being served and that we could not receive the order at all. then she said we would be refunded, but the refund never happened. The amount was only about $12, but that’s not even the point it’s about basic customer service and respect. I completely understand breakfast hours and policies, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally and kindly. Unexpected things happen, and there was no reason for the sassy tone or lack of empathy. I hope management addresses both the refund issue and the customer service training at this location.
