At 3am in the morning I was working from the Dunkin Doughnuts parking lot when your employee excused me of being on drugs or needing medical help because he did not want me useing the free wifi service that was explained to me is for any paying customer who needs to use the free wifi. When I asked the employee why he was so rude to me the response I received was im going to call the police on you....I said your welcome to call the police because everywhere I go the police are called on me from 1 to 6 times a day allmost 7 days a week! I believe this is abuse of power and a very bad way to treat your customers who not only has dunkin app but spends alot of money at dunkin. Now if this male employee will speak to me in such a manner just imagine how the employee would speak to your customers. Dunkin doughnuts you need to do better. And stop calling the police on your customers!!

- SHSusan HayesAug 7, 20241.0This was THE filthiest Dunks I've ever been to. Flies everywhere. I counted 6 flying around (and landing) on the donuts. They were on the counter. They were on the ledge of the display case. Everything was sticky. I accidentally touched the counter and it was so sticky. Looked like nothing had been cleaned anywhere in the building. The kids were nice but the boy was grubby looking and neither were in any type of uniform or wearing anything identifying they worked there. I intended to order food but I wasn't going to eat anything from there. Got our coffees and left. It was really disgusting and gross. I close my eyes and all I see are flies. That many flies means you have a lot of maggots in that place. 🤢
