I showed them on my mobile app the confirmation of the order. The male worker there was very rude and yelled over the woman helping me. There is absolutely no need to yell at your paying customers that way, ESPECIALLY in front of their young children in the car. The woman was gracious enough, despite the male worker yelling at me to go to the back of the line, and got me the 10 munchkins I ordered. I made sure to thank her. Management needs to re-address appropriate employee communication and conduct with customers, especially when there’s physical proof of an order. It’s was not a fault on my end. It was 10 munchkins in the order, which took 10 seconds to grab and hand out the window. I can understand going to the back of the line if the order was larger — instead, the man was extremely rude and held up the line even more. Even if it is company policy, which I would understand, the communication was not correct by any means, and it needs to be addressed with this employee.
