- KCK C1 day ago1.0My husband went to the drive thru this morning to get me an iced coffee. When he got to the window, he was told by the cashier that he couldn't pay with cash, because she didn't want to get people's germs. The same germs that are on their cards when they touch them to pay. She told him that all of the other customers were understanding about her request. He only had cash, so she made another employee come to the window to take cash from my husband. Why is she working at the registers if she is going to hold people up and make a scene not wanting to touch cash money? As someone who worked at Dunkin several times in the past at different stores, I can say that she is most likely in the wrong job. I don't like people's germs either, but if I'm at work and I get handed cash, I take it, keep the line moving, and try to keep customers happy.
