A total waste of my time. Will never deal with Kinney drug stores ever again.

Fiance had knee surgery and was on hold about 20 minutes and asked to be put on hold again. We were told his prescription would be filled in 45.i went to get it an hour and a half later and had to wait 25 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. Not sure if they are just understaffed or overwhelming busy due to covid but weve had similar issues multiple times We will likely be changing pharmacies.
