I ordered an XL hot French vanilla hot coffee((they gave me a regular coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars) they forgot my iced mocha ((had to walk inside and they put it on the pick up order when the sticker said drive thru)) and a small iced coffee French vanilla ((they gave me a small hot coffee regular)) if your not going to listen to your customers order you shouldn't be on the window. I had walked inside ((not busy at all)) no one was around to help me at the counter.. I payed 22 dollars for 2 donuts 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel and 3 drinks...I for sure will never go to this dunkin ever again
