  I went in last night 5 minutes before close and had possibly the best customer service experience of my life. Extremely attentive and friendly man who was delighted to go above and beyond. Thank you for your exceptional service!

  Just go to the other location at Northside. Waited a good 10 minutes at the drive-thru before anyone noticed we were there. Said they didn't have half of the things we ordered at the window, tried to send us off without part of our order but we stuck it out. By the time we left no one else had made it through the drive-thru and two other cars had given up. Start over. Hire a team of people that aren't just a bunch of high teenagers staring blankly into their TikTok addictions. We get it, work sucks, nobody wants to do it, but grow up and make an effort.

  Place is disgusting and horrible product and Jen was screaming at customers and employees because they weren’t upselling food that looked like it came from a rat’s trash hole

  Nothing like listening to coworkers treat each other like garbage without a care in the world in front of a customer. Makes me feel great receiving food from pissed off people who very blatantly want me to just give up and leave. But unfortunately I stood around long enough to waste my 13 dollars here. Do not go inside, that was my first and only mistake. Will NEVER return. If you don’t want to do your job than quit

  Very slow and with poor customer service. They told several people they were out of their items as if they could barely handle the inconvenience of someone ordering what they were out of. The area around the cash registers was gross and the bathroom was dirty too.
