- FPFanny PippinOct 4, 20255.0All of the employees of Kinney in Barton are always very friendly, helpful and accommodating, they go out of the way to provide the best and most professional customer service and do their best to make sure the prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. If they don’t have the meds readily available then they make sure it’s ordered and delivered as soon as possible. This little drug store is small but has a large selection of everything that we need and is perfect for our little town of Barton, we are lucky to have it! Thanks for all you do for our community !

It feels like every time I call, I am interrupting her day. It's almost like she either doesn't like her job, or she doesn't like me.

They have one counter so if you go in to buy toothpaste or shampoo, chances are you'll stand in line for 20 minutes while the clerk and customer have a chat about all their ailments. The customer service is so horrible I come out of there so frustrated, I'm close to having a stroke. Horrible set up!!!!!
