  Complete incompetence at every level. I called in prescriptions on Monday. Go to pit them up Friday. Only one was prepared. The guy said no problem, come back in a half hour. I go back an hour later and a woman tells me they cant fill it because the pharmacist had some questions for my doctors. I called my doctors office to straighten it out and was told the pharmacist told them it just wasnt ready yet and the first guy quoted a wrong time. So which is it? Did I not have refills like my doctors office said I had? Did the pharmacist have questions for my doctor? If that's the case why would my doctors office say it just just a timing issue? Was the first guy just wrong about how long it would take? Absolute clown show. I will not be back.

  Took 2 HOURS to fill an antibiotics Rx from urgent care next door. This location was unable to get my insurance information from the Kinney Drugs in Montpelier. Poor service and very unorganized.

  I went Thursday after work. it was maddening slow...and some inconsiderate jerk came in the other way and pushed between me to get ahead of me. I left because the waiting was terrible. going to go back today to get my prescriptions!

  I am so grateful to the staff at this pharmacy for helping me fill a desperately needed prescription. They worked incredibly fast, communicating with my doctors out of state to get me what I needed before they closed. So many many thanks!

  Love Kinney's! They are so accommodating and yes they are busy at times but are gracious and polite and I'd rather give them my business than give it to some mega pharmacy chain any day!
