    Stopped here recently for a footlong for takeout. I got out to the car and discovered I didn’t have all the condiments packets I asked for. I went in and told the woman-who appeared to be the co-owner. I kindly asked for mayonnaise packets, saying it looks like they weren’t put in there, only oil and vinegar. She told me she put two of each in-mayo, oil, and vinegar. Practically barked at me to go back out and check. I did and discovered I had them, just missed them. I then discovered the sandwich wasn’t even wrapped completely as the one end was sticking out of the paper. The sub was really skimpy on ingredients with a rather stale roll. These people don’t seem to care about pleasing their customers. That’s ok, I’ll go elsewhere from now on

    I accidentally placed an order on my app to this restaurant and called straight away to request cancellation. The person told me she hasn’t started on my order but she’ll ask manager before canceling it and I should expect a call back in a few minutes. However they never called me back and also charged me for my order. This just shows their integrity and dishonesty.

    It's clean and the food was decent for Subway, but watch your receipts. Accidents happen, but I have a hard time believing this was an accident based on the way it was handled. I noticed the lady behind the counter charged me for 2 meals instead of one after I sat down. When I went back up she first said it was right and I was....at 45 years old....reading the receipt wrong (the receipt is itemized, I have worked for Subway, and I'm in IT, receipts aren't rocket science). Then she said "Oh, just get a bag of chips" when I said I didn't want chips she kept insisting I get them and still tried to make it like I was somehow in the wrong (I was nothing but nice to this lady up until she started arguing about me getting chips). Finally after this huge todo, she refunded the first purchase and re rung the order.....still going on and on. I said that was all I wanted and went to sit down. She STILL kept going on and on trying to backpeddle like a kid who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I wound up getting to-go bags and leaving because it was bad enough that it happened, but I was not about to sit and act like I didn't hear this woman telling yet another new story about her innocence after going through all that over....get this....$1 and change. That woman acted like I was flat out stupid for probably five whole minutes. Never once did she even actually acknowledge making a mistake until I sat down and she started telling the guy who watched the whole thing (husband?) or the lady in line about her "accident". People rarely notice $1 and $1 per order adds up. Innocent people rarely, if ever, make a scene like that over a simple mistake. Watch your receipts and form an opinion based on your own experience.
