Just went to Subway for the first time in years, and I would just like to praise the two employees currently working. Super nice, extremely friendly, did everything exactly how I asked. I definitely will be returning.

Best Subway in the area. The employees are the the best. I pass 3 Subways just to come to this one. The service is over the top. The store is always clean and the food well prepared.

I was at subway when I got a steak Philly, all went well and the sandwich was 10/10. Food was delicious and the employees at the time were very professional and respectful. While I was eating out in the lobby, a randome guy (I over heard the name micah or mike) ordered a chicken bacon ranch. He came in with an attitude and with an ego. (Saying something about the cash register and how it’s not to his liking and so on.) I couldn’t even finish my food in the store, I had to take it home. Because Mike decided that he would throw a tamper tantrum and start yelling and screaming in the lobby for 15 minutes untill a cop car showed up then his whole demeanor changed? The employees handled everything as they should when a psychotic customer walks into your store and the cops then made him leave and I think he got banned. Overall, everything was good with my experience other then that egotistical man child who ruined it for me:(

I went here for the second time in awhile today, some context I went here afew days ago to get two subs their register crashed and they weren’t able to get it working for 15minutes after they finished making them so I left because the toasted meatball sub was no longer desirable. I returned today April 7th 2026 and when I entered I was greeted by the lady who this story is mainly about. She said hi welcome to subway and I said “hi, second times the charm, is your register working?, she checked and said yes. I asked if she would like to ring me up now. She said she can get me started first and gloves up. She asked what I wanted I said Italian herbs and cheese footlong then she ask me what kind of bread I said and she asked what kind, I said chicken bacon, she asked how long? I said footlong she asked for the same answers but I didn’t mind I figure it’s a lot at once and repeated. She spread the meat out and began to stop moving the meat but a side seemed like just bread so I said “that looks like a rough bite at the end” she abruptly stated “I wasn’t finished”(even after she finished it wasn’t to to my liking but I didn’t want to upset her again so I didn’t say it) and she asked if it was toasted I said yeah, can you toast them together but the bacon separately on papers so it cooks more. When the sub was out the oven she asked what I wanted on it?,I said light lettuce. And she began to frankly put to much lettuce on it, but before I could even get a sound out she flipped and told me “if I was going to have a attitude she could just refund me and I wouldn’t get anything if that’s what I wanted” I said “excuse me?”(Literally confused by what seemed like a disgruntled employee) are you playing with me? but she was serious and repeated herself so I said, okay let’s do that, and may I have your name please? (Simply thinking I’m not supporting rude businesses there’s food everywhere) She said sure and printed a receipt. Then claimly walked to the back where she would call the police on me( I didn’t know what was happening at first but when she didn’t come out a male did and told me they weren’t going to help me or give me her name. When I pulled my phone out he walked to the back and began to yell that there’s a minor and I cannot record, I know the law it’s public area and I’m trying to get the name of the irate manager who is abusing the authority she was left with. So I record for prosperity. When the cops showed up they went over everything and she called someone to get me banned but couldn’t give me a time frame if its permanently because they need permission from higher for that. I have a recording of everything after she walked to the back and the male talked to me and could release to the owner if need be so he has clear audio of what I was saying when they hid in the back and called the cops trying to vilify me also here’s a receipt. If I needed to be banned why even ask me the way she did when making my food? she was giving me an ultimatum. And if they don’t want an employee to be accountable or identifiable why give them name tags? She lied about wearing hers but wouldn’t show it. She said when going over banning me that I had an attitude because I what I said about the second times the charm. But I also think she got upset when I said “that looks like a rough bite there, at the end” which is why I stopped talking there. and just let her do whatever with my food. I’m glad I didn’t get that sub lol
