  For the last 3 years I have found less reasons to come back again. The food quality an service continues to down the drain. They use crappy AI and crappy in store order kiosk that are less accurate than when a live person took your order in person and a tually waited on customers. They do not want to wait on you. They use AI and for some reason they cannot give you an accurate order. The whole McDonalds chain has gotten less customer friendly, less accurate, less food quality. But they have not improved with all the automation. They pay less people now and have very high prices for what you pay for. The churchland McDonalds is about the worst fast food in the churchland area. Instead of 3 times per week I now rarely go to McDonalds. It is just not worth getting ripped off.

  I want to give the drive thru a hands up! I want to say Miguel is very kind and respectful when giving me my food. Thank you Miguel

  Place an order for pickup my app instructed me to come inside only for the door to be locked so I had to wait 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to pick up my food that I ordered through the mobile app for pickup... I only came to this place because close to my son's job and I had to pick him up from work plus I get better service here but this time I'm very disappointed

  My go to McD’s- understand that might be short on staff. 3pm 3-3-2026 stoped for a meal. Sat at drive through for 5 minutes. Was told once they would be with me. Waited longer. I stepped inside to order- two employees were sitting eating. Couldn’t see who else was working inside- but seemed like only two others. Received the most saddest cheese burgers I have ever seen. Both cold and one had a funny taste. Yep within 30 minutes the stomach pains started. Fries were hot at least. When I left the drive thru was stilled backed up by the guy that was behind me while I waited and the line- there was about 10 cars still waiting. I tried to give a courtesy to those waiting that McD’s was having some issues with their drive thru. Still my McD’s- and hoping these hiccups are resolved.
