The banana almond smoothie with whey protein was watered down, tasted only of almond paste and protein powder. Did not get the sense there was any banana in it at all. The sunrise sunset smoothie was very watered down. Jamaican jerk wrap was close to as I remember, but with little chicken. The pesto flatbread seemed typical, according to my W. Will give it another try, when the mood strikes, but I only forgive once. Skimping on fixings to save a few pennies is a sure way to loose me as a customer.

Theu have good healthy choices and the combinations blend well and make sense. They may not have as wide of a variety, but a lot of what Smoothie King offers are simply variations, like substituting orange for mango, or vice versa. In addition, I'm not sure why any smoothie should ever cost $8.00. No smoothie at Tropical Smoothie even comes close to that unless you add a few extras.
