- BDBobby Dupont5 days ago1.0First off, if you have a problem with your pizza you can't call the store it only goes to corporate. Second off the customer service is horrible. I had what seemed to be a shift manager at night raise her voice to me the whole time and tell me that there was nothing wrong with my food when I had over 2 inch perimeter crust for deep dish. One pizza was supposed to be light sauce and it was not, they told me I did not order it that way when I can physically point it on the receipt that I did. They refused to remake it when I was in the store, so I had no choice other than to bring it home. The manager called me 2 days later to see how she can fix it, the order was over $50 and she offered me $10 refund. If they refuse to make something when you were in the right even the manager admitted to me that I was right but they don't want to give you a full refund to try to amend it ,it's a little bit backwards. I recommend anyone going to this location to avoid it and just go to another Pizza Hut where a consistency standard is applied and not free roam of making food. I will not return to this location.
