    Waited forever in line only to be told due to short staffing there was a long delay. People were shutting there cars off.very strange unfriendly atmosphere. Shake machine sodas not working.

    The lady at the drive-in window was cussing and the dirt coke was nasty because the people obviously aren’t cleaning the machines

    Exceptionally nice McDonalds. The young man behind the counter was very nice and the layout had a very nice view of the road as the snow was coming down!

    Absolutely one of the worst! Took 40 mins. To get two Grinch meals. Finally got it after reminding them and realized they didn’t have grinch salt. Asked them for the salt and they said they sold out. I asked why aren’t they letting us know if that’s the case and the manager just shrugged it off. Went back to the table to eat and saw that we had two plain big Mac’s instead of regular Big Macs. Had to wait another 5 mins for them to correct it. Mean while all of us in the waiting area had been waiting a very long time for our food and for them to correct ALL of our orders. Terrible and don’t recommend!

    Person at the front window stated that I did not received my meal. They actually were yelling at each other over food that I did not get. The manager then stated that I only ordered a big Mac meal once I showed her my receipt and expalined that wasn't all I ordered she then walked aways and I spoke to someone else. To the guy at the window "thank you for your help". To the manager "quit and learned customer service and humble yourself. Also please please check your food my kids had nuggets meal without nuggets. Make it make sense
