  I’m writing this because I believe situational awareness is key for both service and safety. I recently visited this location and, seeing no line at the drive-thru, decided to head inside. By the time I walked in, only one car had pulled up to the window. ​However, once inside, I was never acknowledged. One staff member was at the window and another was making a drink with her back to me. I completely understand being busy, but I stood there long enough to eventually just walk back out without being seen. If the drive-thru is the priority, I’d suggest installing a door chime so the team knows when a customer enters. I’m not upset, just hoping for more vigilance in the future for both customer service and staff safety. Have a great day!

  This location is usually hit or miss but today was an absolute miss. No info that the speaker box wasn't working or that no one was able to place orders that way. Spent 10 mins at the box before the line got so backed up I moved to the window. The team member working the window was very unhelpful and didn't seem to know who or where she even was. I didn't want to hold the line up more so I asked for a "pup cup" which was the only real reason for our visit that morning and she told me they were out. Luckily the team member working with her overheard and helped us out. He explained what it was to her and apologized for the confusion. Not sure if she is training but saying something is unavailable without knowing what the product is was unprofessional. The worst part was the same team member working the window had on see through leggings. After waiting for over 20 mins,not being able to actually order and getting very little help the last thing I wanted to see was her munchkin hole 🤦🏼‍♀️ shout out to the other team member working with her because he was doing everything

  The turkey sausage and cheese on English muffin was awful. The muffin was rubbery like it had been microwaved and the sausage was sour tasting. It was pretty obvious that they microwaved a pre- made sandwich that had been sitting out for awhile instead of making it fresh. Paid $5:for the biscuit and it was just gross!
