  We were excited to try the new dunkin. Went this morning and before we even got in we noticed employees huddled around a car smoking something that did not, to me, smell like cigarettes. Went in and the employees inside just looked at us, never spoke to us, and were looking at their phones. The cashier looked like she was sleeping on top of the register. In the middle of taking our order, she stopped and started talking to a coworker about the last customer who was in there. She said oh, you forgot to get payment, he never paid and it was about 37.00. The coworker shrugged her shoulders. She put our order, four donuts and donut holes on the counter and walked away. We checked and our order was missing a donut. The employees were gone so the employee at the drive thru window came and gave us the missing item. We left and noticed they were out smoking at the car in the back and left only one employee in the store. The donuts were okay but we won't be back. It wasn't just bad customer service, it was absolutely no customer service.

  Didn't patron the store. Only met someone from Facebook marketplace to purchase an art piece. But never a had poor experience at any location. So I'm showing love. Also their regular coffee with cream & sugar is elite status.

  10/10 experience. I came in there and all I knew was that I wanted a coffee, and a half-dozen donuts for me and my family. Walter did an amazing job when it came to recommending exactly what I should get based off of the flavors I enjoy. I walked out VERY satisfied and I have no doubt that I will be a regular customer at that location!

  I pulled up to order at 750 and was told they close in 5 minutes and have no donuts. What? Anywhere else I go 10 minutes before they close still has food. Makes no sense. Glad I drove 30 minutes for the place to basically close 10 minutes early.

  I’m writing this because I believe situational awareness is key for both service and safety. I recently visited this location and, seeing no line at the drive-thru, decided to head inside. By the time I walked in, only one car had pulled up to the window. ​However, once inside, I was never acknowledged. One staff member was at the window and another was making a drink with her back to me. I completely understand being busy, but I stood there long enough to eventually just walk back out without being seen. If the drive-thru is the priority, I’d suggest installing a door chime so the team knows when a customer enters. I’m not upset, just hoping for more vigilance in the future for both customer service and staff safety. Have a great day!
