We ordered 2 cappuccinos, 1 latte, and a hot chocolate—drinks were lukewarm, 3 of our drinks needed to be reheated in the microwave because they were not warm enough. The cost is $8 per hot drink and you can expect a beverage that is not at the desired temperature the first time around. The machine is probably the problem.. don’t expect a refund if you aren’t happy. With the drink. They need more staff here and should reevaluate coffee and hot drink selections. Not satisfied at all with our experience. Choose another location.
