  I rarely write reviews for fast food. I mean, whatever your opinion of the quality of food at a place like this, you sort of know what you're getting when you walk in and shouldn't expect Michelin service. What I don't expect is an experience THIS BAD. It was the Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend and this is in a Travel Plaza. I'm not sure what cheap owner decided that running the place with two kids was suitable, but that was the dinner rush reality. One taking orders and one making food. The line was about 8 people deep because they couldn't keep up. The one girl was clearly on the verge of just quitting her job altogether and I wouldn't have blamed her. The place was filthy dirty, every table has food on it and the drink station was out of napkins, straws and most other amenities. But those poor kids were not able to keep up with both service and cleanliness. After 20 minutes of waiting for my order, they came to tell me that they were out of black beans for my wife's vegetarian dishes. Not when I ordered mind you, but I've already been waiting 20 minutes to find out they don't have what I paid for already. Eventually I got poor quality rushed food and a coupon from the servers for my inconvenience. It's time for corporate America to start treating employees and customers right and it's time for the rest of us to stop throwing money at places like this.

  The entire staff was great. Even with it being almost time to close they greeted all the customers and were more than happy to service all of us. Great customer service. James especially, was awesome.
