  Papa Johns staff are unbelievably kind every time I am in there. The pizza is great but I really enjoy the fantastic customer service and everyone is always happy. It is refreshing honestly.

  Crazy high prices. $30 for a lg 14"cheese steak pizza. The pizza was "average " at best. The same pizza where I live has twice the toppings at and half the price. They were the only delivery option from the hotel I was at (Ft Chiswell). Ill bring a meal with me next time.

  We placed a mobile order for carryout and arrived when the "papa tracker" said our order would be ready. When we arrived, we were made aware that it would be another 5 minutes but we could go ahead and pay, so we did. There were several other customers waiting for their orders and it'd been well over 10 minutes since we'd paid for ours so we walked up to the counter to ask if our order was ready. We were told that they didn't have our order(again, we'd already paid for the order at the counter) and had to argue with the employee that they had our order. My issue is that if people have to wait a little longer than expected and are sitting in the lobby, please do everyone a courtesy of calling out a name.
