  It would be one thing if it was two times out of many that I didn’t get all of my food I ordered and a small bowl with too small of servings. But the two times I’ve went I had a messed up bowl is the two times I’ve been at all. Yes they’re a newly opened restaurant but this is something that wouldn’t fly anywhere else even when freshly opened. It looks like another business that’s going to go under because the quality and care from the employees doesn’t exist.

  We ordered Chipotle when it first opened. After picking the food up and getting home both bowls in our order were missing various items. We said we would give them one more try and ordered for dinner tonight. This time the employee was rude when we were picking the order up and both bowls were missing more items than last time. I contacted customer service and they said nothing could be done. This is a poorly run business and we do not plan on returning to this location. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in town that offer better service and better quality foods. I have attached a photo of what my bowl looked like tonight after I opened it. I stirred it around to see that over half of the requested items were missing.

  I usually never go to a restaurant when it first opens. I like to wait months before going and trying it out. I was very disappointed that I didn't stick to my knowledgable rule as the taste of the food wasn't even close to being good. I wanted black beans but they were out. Other reviews show them running out of items before the day is over. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Easy to navigate to and from but sits in a very busy intersection and area. I'll return in the future to hopefully update my review!

  I really can only rate the food I received yuk for this to be a new spot I was thinking maybe it would be good but no I ordered a quesadilla and omg it was dry the meat was hard and the tortilla was so hard to bite into I stopped eating it because I have stomach issues and this right here would have tore it up I already felt sick eating that one half presentation was maybe a 4 I asked for queso and they put it in this plastic side dish that was spilling everywhere but gave me my other side in container and even thought I door dashed it because I don’t like alot of people very antisocial so my food for what I got was 20$ am not gonna include the door dash fee only because they did there part haven’t had any issues with DoorDash basically wasn’t worth what I paid for so am never gonna eat there again not at this location they need to do better

  Literally day one of this place being opened and its gotta be the worst experience ive ever had anywhere in wytheville. First off, they were out of rice. Lady told me in the most disrespectful way possible that it would be like 30 minutes, and right when my bowl gets handed to the next person, the rice is finished. she had the worst attitude ever and gave me a tablespoon scoop of sour cream instead of refilling it knowing im paying extra for it, I specifically asked for steak, and pointed at it, and she gave me chicken and handed it away when I tried to say something about it. I wish they made them wear name tags so I could make a better complaint about her, but she shouldnt be working on the front line. The guy and girl at the front who were actually being polite and learning how to do things were the only things good about this restaurant. I get its day one, but I thought yall prepared for days for this. Wasnt worth the 25 minute wait for the attitude and lack of food I got in my bowl.
