- JBJustin BeanNov 9, 20251.0The girl at the drive-thru asked me what the drinks were, then gave me the wrong size cups. Then proceeded to tell me to pull forward to wait for my food. I asked her if I can't have the right size drink can I have a refund? She was like well we can or I can give you the right size and I said that would be great. As I'm waiting, I can see the manager along with 2 other works handling all the food, fries tenders and burgers, all without wearing gloves. I watched them wipe their hands on their shirt and then handled the food again. That is very concerning as a customer because who knows if that shirt is clean or if your hands are clean or anything else. Someone with some pride needs to run this place and not a bunch of lazy "adults"
