  Worst place to ever pick up an order . I ordered when i was in Stafford for carryout bcs i live close by. Drove more than 30 mins and when I reached there , my order wasn't ready . I had to say my name plus show them my receipt on my phone before they prepared the food. It was around 8 and no customer was there . Sat inside close to 10 mins before they finished with my order. Why should I order ahead of time if they're just gonna wait till I get there. It wasn't once but 3 different time .

  "CHICKEN" Slowly visiting less and less. Eating a spicy chicken I thought they mistakenly added cheese because of this stretchiness with each bite. Then I looked and realized its the chicken itself. It looks like a type of reconstituted chicken. No better than a mcdonald chicken nugget and more disgusting feeling. Never going back to any wendys. RIP my childhood favorite spot.

  Ordered a plain croissant sandwich (NO Swiss Sauce) and 2 seasoned potatoes. Sandwich was slathered with sauce and only 1 potatoes. When I showed the lady my physical receipt and the one on my phone, she huffed and checked her system. Like I was just in here... No apology not even a my bad. Didnt even say Ill take care of it. Just fries in bag and turned her back. smh anyway. I get to my car, open the sandwich and there is sauce literally everywhere. I take the sandwich back and met with the same disdain. They tried to reuse the meat to make the new sandwich. I had to repeat the request for all new items twice. I was very cordial the entire time and it wasnt busy at all.. Not sure why the attitude toward me....
