    They canceled my app order because it was a free sub from my SUBWAY APP REWARDS. They also don't honor coupons and make up rules that aren't on the coupon. I walked in and ordered a roast beef sub and when I went to use the coupon, I was told that the manager said not to accept coupons for roast beef... I read the fine print on the coupon...there were no such exclusions. It seems like they want to act like they're not part of the franchise and don't honor the rewards rules.
