- TRTANYA ROBINSON4 days ago1.0This store has a 3.9 rating. Now I see why. I ordered (3) sandwiches, (2) toasted, (1) not toasted. What did I receive, (2) cold sandwiches. This is not the first time. I called the store and of course I was told to contact Uber Eats. Uber Eats did not prepare the sandwich. Subway employee did. Manager is not available, and employees care less. Customers BEWARE. They didn’t get a 3.9 rating for nothing. I will NEVER order from this location again. POOR customer service skills and POOR management skills. I gave the manager ample time to contact me. NOTHING. I will continue to BLAST this store until I hear from management.
