Needed breakfast, wasn't super thrilled to be there, I would rather find higher quality food but here we are. Haven't been in YEARS to a Mc. They feel so cold and uninviting now. Food wasn't terrible tasting, kiosks and overall feel just felt robotic, you can tell it's a company thing and not specifically this location. I'll stick to other options

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato along with a small order of fries, and it took approximately 15 minutes to receive a very simple order. Unfortunately, the drink I was given was not prepared correctly, as it appeared to have caramel sitting at the bottom rather than being properly made.
When I politely pointed this out, the cashier responded unprofessionally by closing the window abruptly and simply adding more caramel instead of remaking the drink. I then requested a replacement, asking for a frappé instead, but was told to move forward because there was a line behind me.
The lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve the issue was very disappointing. Staff should be better trained to handle situations like this with professionalism and courtesy.
Overall, the experience was poor, and the quality of the coffee was the worst part.

There is a specific lady who works there and is always very rude, she is approximately 5’5 maybe shorter and has a nose ring on the right side of her nose. She is very unprofessional and rude. I asked her a question and she proceeded to say “I’m not on the clock” cut me off and everything. Again very unprofessional and rude !

Got a Mcflurry with extra oreo and hot fudge, paid a dollar more for it and still didnt recieve it. I asked and double checked that they put it in. The lady (who was the manager) said yes she did it. So she essentially lied than. She was very pushy and was in a rush to get me to leave, terrible experience.
