  This location has very poor customer service. Some of the employees are quite rude, especially the evening shift supervisor. I ordered two ice creams through the drive-thru for my kids. After waiting in a long line, I got to the window and was only given one ice cream. When I mentioned that I had ordered two, they called the supervisor. Instead of helping, the supervisor was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me I had to either go all the way back to the end of the drive-thru line or come inside to get the second ice cream. I explained that it wasn’t my fault—the employee who took my order made the mistake. She responded by saying it was rush hour and he is busy, so I still had to either go back in line, come inside and reorder, or leave. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to return to this location again.

  They are so pathetic over there I waited almost 30 mins for my order at curbside to the point I had to go in there to let them know they didn’t apologize at all I will not be returning back to that location

  The customer service in the morning is bad , the manager doesn't seem to have good service with the customers.

  The service provided was very unprofessional. There was a clear communication issue from the start. When I spoke to her in English, she did not seem to understand me. When I politely pointed out that my order was wrong, she began arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I asked if we could communicate in Spanish. Her response was that we are in the United States and that I need to speak English. I found this comment inappropriate and disrespectful. Regardless of language differences, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope this matter can be addressed so that future customers do not experience a similar situation.

  The service provided was very unprofessional. There was a clear communication issue from the start. When I spoke to her in English, she did not seem to understand me, and when I switched to Spanish to clarify my order, she responded in English. As a result, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I politely pointed out that my order was wrong, she began arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I asked if we could communicate in Spanish to avoid any confusion and ensure the order was correct. Her response was that we are in the United States and that I need to learn English. I found this comment inappropriate and disrespectful. Regardless of language differences, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope this matter can be addressed so that future customers do not experience a similar situation.
