When I showed the lady my physical receipt and the one on my phone, she huffed and checked her system. Like I was just in here... No apology not even a my bad. Didnt even say Ill take care of it. Just fries in bag and turned her back. smh anyway. I get to my car, open the sandwich and there is sauce literally everywhere. I take the sandwich back and met with the same disdain. They tried to reuse the meat to make the new sandwich. I had to repeat the request for all new items twice. I was very cordial the entire time and it wasnt busy at all.. Not sure why the attitude toward me....

Then when I said excuse me they then told me I needed to go through drive through! They would not service me. Mind you in 3:21 pm and if the dining area was closed they should’ve locked the door.
