Upon arrival, they could not find my order and had no desire to help figure it out. I provided countless screenshots to include the charge on her card and still I was told-if they couldn’t find the paper receipt (I’m a pile scattered behind the counter) I would have to leave without my purchase. Of course, poor customer service is always disappointing, but when you call the owner and he says things to you like “are you done yet” and then hangs up on you, it’s quite clear where the customer service standards come from. So instead of making a $12 purchase right, the owner decided to lose our business forever. I’d proceed with caution when placing online orders to save your sanity.
