- WDWard DoughertyDec 31, 20254.0A great place for a burrito or a bowl I recently stopped by Qdoba Mexican Eats on the north side of Prince WIlliam Parkway to the west of I-95. I had a genuinely good experience from start to finish. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces right in front of the store. Inside, the restaurant is surprisingly roomy, with a large dining area that had several booths and tables. The tables and common area seemed clean and well kept. There’s room to sit comfortably, eat, and actually talk without feeling rushed or crowded.The staff stood out as especially pleasant and welcoming. As with other restaurants in the chain, customers order at the counter from right to left telling them what you want on your order. You follow your order to the end of hte counter where you pay for it and ither take it to go or take it to your table. Drinks are by the end of the counter in a self service setup. Our party ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl with lettuce instead of rice. The portions were a decent size. Everything looked fresh and well put together. Prices were reasonable for what you get and the economy. . It’s not bargain-basement cheap, but it feels fair and consistent. Overall, this Qdoba delivers exactly what you hope for: easy parking, a comfortable space to eat, good service, solid portions, and fair prices. A very nice experience and a spot I’d happily return to and recommend to others.

- GAGia AcorsNov 21, 20251.0I placed an order through the QDOBA app for delivery @ 6:54pm. It says it should be delivered through DoorDash between 7:37-7:57pm. At 8:28 the food still wasn’t here. I called the help number for DoorDash and they said that they don’t have a driver yet. WHAT??? He said since my order is late I can continue to wait or cancel my order. I asked if I cancel would I be refunded. He said yes. I said ok since it’s going on 2 hours cancel my order. Done. He said I need to get you ver to the store to process your refund since you ordered through their app. Ok cool. I spoke with a Supervisor at the store and she said she needed to call her manager about the refund and someone should call me back. I had a guy call me back saying he was the manager and that he also had DoorDash support on the line. Good! When I tell you NOTHING was resolved, NOTHING was resolved. DoorDash said the store had to refund me, he the manager said DoorDash needed to refund me because they didn’t have any drivers. They went back and forth. Needless to say I am without food for my kids and no money! This isn’t the end!
