  I placed an order on Sunday night and my total was $15.67. My husband called me and told me that the manager is telling him my credit card Declined so I immediately logged on and looked at my bank statement and it showed a bunch of random charges from Papa John’s that were not the total of my order and when I asked him to explain this, he said that he doesn’t know why I need to take it up with Papa John’s customer service. Mind you even with the multiple charges for random amounts there was still plenty of money in there to cover the charge for $15.67 therefore, I have nothing else other than to believe that somebody there is scamming on the credit cards trying to see how much they can take off of etc. the manager was extremely rude And had no way to resolve this issue, even after sending him screenshots of my actual bank account, showing him the time stamps and the random multiple charges coming from his location. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing a police report if Papa John’s doesn’t do something about this

  Great staff and great pizza! Very satisfied! Philly Cheesesteak is my favorite :)

  Clean, fresh, and decent specials. We got 2 New York XL pizzas for pickup $12 each. No wait for pickup. Greeted when walking in and serviced quickly.

  Terrible Experience! Ordered a large pizza and asked for crushed pepper. They said they charge extra for that so I paid the extra dollar and these cheapskates gave me 2 small packs of crushed pepper for a LARGE pizza! I’ve never seen a pizza that nickel and dimes their customers. Please do not go here!
