Once the order was completed, they had all the items in the bag but had forgotten to add my Salad. They called while I was on the way home but I tend to not answer my phone while driving, I called back, an after deciding on what to do, they drove my Salad out to my house! Fully understand the complexity that happens when a restaurant preps, cooks, packages, and hands off food.So thankful that this Panera bread understood and took the additional time and drove my missing Salad to my home. Definitely an "A+ with Xtra credit" for effort. Thank you Panera on Prince William Parkway.
