Alyssa rectified MY mistake within 5 minutes and at no charge to me. This kind of customer service is no longer common, however, I am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience at Panera because of Alyssa’s kind heart. Thank you! 🩷

Wait times for drinks are in excess of 15 minutes, if someone accidentally takes your order the staff really don’t care unless you approach the register. Usually people are trained to ensure the customers are happy and are engaged with them to make sure they get what they ordered. In this location you are basically invisible as a customer. Given the other many customer complaints about service, Panera doesn’t seem to think much of their store experiences either.
