I made a mistake with my order, assuming the cheeseburgers automatically came with toppings, and realized when I got home that I only had the meat and cheese. When I went back and explained the situation, Yassin was incredibly understanding and professional. He immediately made me two brand-new burgers with all the toppings and even threw in a fresh order of Cajun fries! His excellent customer service turned a frustrating moment into a great day. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! I want to commend Yassin M. for his outstanding leadership at the Woodbridge, VA location

However, this must have changed because the new fry bags are portioned significantly less than the cups. This is extremely disappointing as the price hasn’t changed and the company has made no statement. Im not sure which franchise this is but, I will never eat at a five guys that skimps on the fries. If they don’t bring back the cups I doubt I will ever eat here again. I used to accept high price as a tradeoff, now I’m just disappointed.
