I received stale donuts, wrong bread for my sandwich, and my two other donuts were missing. I was helped by the store manager Sandra. She was rushing the order and did not provide the best customer service. When I called her she continued saying she wasn’t rude and blamed it on her employee. When I went after two days for confrontation, the other manager Wendy was there. She was such a nice person. She apologized and fixed my order. Mistakes happen but sometimes all you gotta say is sorry and Sandra should really learn customer service from Wendy. If I ever go back to this dunkin it will only be because of Wendy’s service!

- BEBri EwingAug 31, 20251.0UPDATE: on Nov 11 at 9:01am I purchased the Wicked 10 count munchkins in the tin. I got the tin but the munchkins were old, hard, and cold. It was so bad that my dog turned away from them. The food quality at this location is bad. Do not eat the food. So recently I went to get a Dunkalatté and they told me it was discontinued, which isn’t true. They don’t know how to make the blueberry cereal and milk matcha latté so you have to tell them every time. They told me they no longer do military discount. They also never have some of the syrups/ingredients needed to customize your order/drink. It is ran by mostly Hispanics so there is a language barrier depending on who takes your order.
