I received stale donuts, wrong bread for my sandwich, and my two other donuts were missing. I was helped by the store manager Sandra. She was rushing the order and did not provide the best customer service. When I called her she continued saying she wasn’t rude and blamed it on her employee. When I went after two days for confrontation, the other manager Wendy was there. She was such a nice person. She apologized and fixed my order. Mistakes happen but sometimes all you gotta say is sorry and Sandra should really learn customer service from Wendy. If I ever go back to this dunkin it will only be because of Wendy’s service!
