When I asked a simple question about food safety — specifically whether gloves are worn when preparing items like the chicken bites — I was met with hostility instead of a straightforward answer. After calmly requesting to cancel my order, Sean began yelling at me and told me to “get out of the store” in a very aggressive manner. When I asked for proof or confirmation that my order had been canceled, he continued shouting, saying, “GOOD NIGHT AND GET OUT OF MY STORE!” Another employee, Eric, stood nearby sweeping and appeared uncomfortable as this happened. Sean then threw away my order and repeated that I needed to leave because he “had cleaning to do.” I remained calm and asked why I was being spoken to that way, but he ignored me and slammed the freezer door behind him. Eric then explained that refunds are processed automatically and would return to my card within 2–3 business days. When I asked about Sean’s behavior, Eric admitted that “he’s like that” and said Sean was “hanging on by a thread,” implying this wasn’t the first time there had been issues. This entire encounter was witnessed by someone I was on the phone with at the time. The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and unacceptable. I will be following up with corporate about this incident. Domino’s should carefully review who they allow to represent their stores, as this experience was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful.
