  Unfortunately, for the second time, my food was delivered and it was horrible. It was cold, the pizza was not made the way I ordered it, and the wings were undercooked. I had to put them in the air fryer! So ridiculous.

  I understand that orders take time, but waiting an hour for a pizza that wasn’t even well made, the cut was wrong, the crust too and it was cold. That wasn’t enough but they also decided to force me to give a tip? Are we ok?

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s on January 24, 2026, around 3:03 PM. My delivery order was never delivered. After calling the store more than ten times with no answer, I went in person. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find the address. While I was speaking with him, the manager interrupted in an aggressive and dismissive manner, saying she didn’t care that the pizza wasn’t delivered and told me to take a cold pizza, which I politely refused. The manager then argued with me, refused to provide her name, and warned employees not to give it, creating a hostile environment. When I requested a refund and said I would file a complaint, she told me to leave and said she was calling the police. I left immediately. The police arrived afterward and only spoke with my brother, who witnessed the incident. This situation was handled unprofessionally and escalated unnecessarily. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

  I never leave reviews but I’ve ordered twice from here and both times my orders have been wrong. They don’t include all the toppings you ask for and the second time they gave me a completely different pizza. Also the customer service is horrible. I went in and tried paying with a 100 bill the lady very rudely raised her voice and told me to get change that they can’t take that big of a bill. I understand but her tone and attitude was completely unnecessary.

  As far as domino's goes, this is best one in the area, they actually listen when you ask them to cook it well done. The service however, prob the worst in the area. Granted, I did go here the night before a holiday so I understand the urgency of wanting to go home however, I walked in and the first thing said to me was, "were not taking new orders, if you didn't order online were not serving you" ... i didn't say anything, because I did order online and was just there to pick up. But no hello, no just a minute, no, apologies sir, were extremely busy tonight, its a holiday, unfortunately we can't accept new orders. Just no hospitality at all. Luckily there was another young lady there who was nice and simply asked, "hi what's your name on the order?" About 6 minutes after the other last berated me just for walking in.
