When I finally received my order, one of the employees informed the cashier that I only needed to pay for one of the two drinks. Despite this, the cashier still attempted to charge me for both, even after being corrected multiple times. There were no greetings, no thank you—just an overall lack of professionalism. I understand that large franchise locations may not always prioritize individual reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

My husband and I tried to order pizza for delivery from this store and we have in the past and the first time it was an hour and a half late and now they just cancel it out of nowhere and didn’t even bother to call us and let us know that our order has been canceled. These people working for the company need more training in my opinion and they need to learn what customer service is. My husband called and asked why they canceled our order and they didn’t have any idea why and said “We were out of range” which we aren’t and the app already selected that location for us and we couldn’t change it. I also called and asked for the district corportate manager’s number and the lady on the phone was highly disrespectful to me and again couldn’t figure out why our order was canceled. I’m not even going to bother or waste my time ordering from this store ever again. Highly disrespectful and the customer service is just the same! DO BETTER DOMINO’S!
