However, they still failed at that too. The person folding my burrito spilled 1/4 of my burrito, what little I already had, onto the aluminum. After I kindly asked for it to be rewrapped and offered that they can use another tortilla, they still failed to fold my burrito and left a huge portion of the burrito open so when I go to eat it all the ingredients will fall out. I don’t know who is training them but… they’re not being trained. Outside of this terrible service, there was nobody available to help to begin with, or they were all talking and laughing with nothing going on in their hands. It’s not like they were getting more food or anything to fill an empty spot. No, all but 2 people were at a station. The cooks weren’t even cooking anything, just walking around talking and hugging each other. There was 6 people walking around not doing a single thing while their was 4 orders on the line ready to be helped. The 2 people that were available were the person asking if you wanted a burrito or bowl and the cashier. The person asking for burrito or bowl looked scared to take anyone’s order cause I’m sure they’ve been yelled at all day for the awful portion sizes they’ve been giving out. Voice was shaky and so much hesitation behind each scoop of food. I have visited this location 5 times now, just in case my first couple issues were flukes. They weren’t. I have no idea how nobody else has caused an issue in store about this cause I’d bet this place has problems with customers on a daily bases with all these issues. This place needs a change, quick!

Last time they forgot my chips which thankfully I figured out before I left the chipotle, but afterwards when I got home I opened my bowl & saw that they forgot the cheese. Seriously?? This is ridiculous. I’m never ordering pickup here again.
