  I am writing to formally report a management and service issue that occurred on February 16, 2026, at approximately 3:15 PM at the Woodbridge, Virginia location (1925 Daniel Stewart Square). While the service from the line employee, Alejandra Ramirez, was unacceptable—characterized by negative body language, dismissive gestures, and a refusal to bridge a communication barrier—the primary reason for this outreach is the conduct of the General Manager, Erika Reyes. Erika Reyes was standing directly next to the situation and witnessed the unprofessional behavior. Rather than stepping in to lead her team or assist a customer, she indicated she was "too busy" and delegated the interaction to another employee. As a regular customer, I expect the General Manager to set the standard for the store. Seeing a leader witness poor service and choose to ignore it is a major concern. I will continue to frequent Chipotle, but I will not be returning to this Woodbridge, Virginia location until I am confident that the leadership there is held accountable for their lack of professionalism.   Cashier lady was rude, there was free chips in my App and asked for that and she said I have to purchase minimum $5. I already bought 2 bowl and 4 tortillas spent more than $26 and asking for minimum purchase? That’s BS. Or Stop advertising.

  Dear Chipotle Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. The cashiers did not pay attention to me and did not ask for my order. I felt ignored while waiting, and the lack of communication made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expect from Chipotle. I have enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience left a very negative impression.
