I don't think anyone actually speaks English fluently here and it's infuriating telling the server you want brown rice 6 times and they still give you white rice, or when you say no lettuce and they just automatically give you lettuce. They all seem to be in autopilot and don't seem to understand the English version of half their menu.

I had to move to 4-5 different tables just to find a clean table and even then the one I ended up choosing still had food on the table and chairs. The floors are filthy and used dirty napkins every where. The forks are not even stocked. I came in and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Just the employees standing around in line. Will not be coming back to this location ever again.
