The manager Rachel that works at this location, is the most sweetest person ever. She creates such a warm environment! I work here at the plaza so I come here every often. She’s such a good manager!

I get the same dressing every time I come, Greek Vinegarrette. Sometimes it's what it should be, sometimes it's very watery. Today it's watery. Basically like you're trying to thin it out with what seems like vinegar to me. PLEASE STOP!!! Today someone added way to much vinegar.

Fine okay, but then she proceeds to try and scrape off crumbled feta with her hands (gloved yes but still weird) instead of just making me a new one. Eventually she gives up and does my order again, which is nice. But then she jacks it up by DROWNING it in shug sauce (ps, I asked for regular not extra). So now my entire pita is soggy and all I can taste is shug sauce. Really bad experience today for an otherwise delicious chain restaurant
