  Great service and staff. After renovation, food was really delicious and fresh. Our go to place for Thursdays. Love the view be n neatness there.

  As a native Buffaloian, I can't say enough about the warm and welcoming feeling we get when my husband and I stop in our local Buffalo Wild Wings by Potomac Mills to catch a Bills game on TV when they are bumped by the Redskins or the Ravens. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly, helpful and accommodating, even going as far to ask which game you're interested in and they seat you so you can get the best view. They have multiple TVs and the various games play on several around the rooms and are clearly marked. Also, they never make you feel rushed to turn over the table as so many restaurants do. The food has always been consistently enjoyable and the portion sizes are generous. Our waitress, Isabel checked in often to make sure we were all set..she was delightful! 5 out of 5 stars for her today! Hats off to the staff.....Go Bills!

  I visited the restaurant on 10/31/25 around 7 PM to put in a pick up order. The manager was attentive I watched her train a new guy at the hostess station after she tended toba complaint about a waitress in the dining section. The guy at the cash register was friendly, but when I opened my order when I got home the French Fries were like wood and appeared to be recycled from somewhere. They had to be the worst French Fries I ever had, and there’s no way anyone is checking the food quality leaving the kitchen.

  Don't bother going for lunch on the weekend. It's super crowded, they only have around 3 waiters for the entire restaurant. We had to flag down a waiter because no one knew we had been seated by the host. We waited so long for food that our waiter took someone else's from the kitchen because it had truly gotten awkward how long it had taken to be seen, got drinks and then food. Drinks took around half an hour, food a full hour. Also, don't bother to get sauces, they won't come. Their fries have also sucked for years. Unless you're going there to watch a game, go literally anywhere else in Woodbridge. If you need their wings, go on a weekday and just order pickup, you have a much higher chance of them getting your order somewhat correct.

  we went for lunch recently. 4 member family. Initially they asked us to sit at a table and after we settled in , the host came and asked us to move to a different table. She didn't tell us the reason. The new table was not clean. Water or some other drinks was spilled all over. On our request, she came and cleaned it and the service person came and she was not at all pleasant or friendly. She was arrogant while explaining the order choices. Someone else delivered the food and our server neven even checked on us if everything was ok. Won't be coming back.
