If the flavors are unavailable the online menu needs to reflect instead of us finding out it's out of stock upon pick up. Online orders are so we don't have to stand in line. It's inconvenient to show up at the intended pick up time and the order isn't ready as promised do to stock issues.

I always get a mixed shake with 2 flavors, something even advertised by BR as far back as 2019. On this visit, I was told by store employees they can not mix flavors on milkshakes. Don't know if it's just this franchise location doing this, but if it's nationwide, it is a real disappointment. Will have to check other locations and see, maybe even reach out to corporate and see if this policy is real

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
