  Last two times I've ate food from here recently, I've felt sick to my stomach a little while afterwards. Both times I ordered "crafted sandwiches" Concerned if the current staff are cooking and preparing the food to the right temperature or even care about it Its a shame I typically love Arbys but disappointed lately and this is the only location we have in woodbridge va

  This was my first time at this Arby's...the service was fantastic and quick! The food was hot and delivered quickly. One word of warning... the drive thru is very narrow! It was a surprisingly easy in and out though, with a traffic light to help you get back on the main road.

  Kendra is amazing. She has went above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. From giving me a few extra cents to showing me a better deal. Always helpful and kind smile.

  Today is 12/21/25 and I came here at about 2:30 Thank you so much for hiring the manager Jim who took my order in a model way that people should know at every store in every city and every state! When I asked for something else other than the fries he said he could give me the jalapeno cheese thingies with an up charge. I was very happy that he disclosed this and didn't just add it to my bill so I'd think it would be the same price as I saw posted on the menu. Please also give him a raise or bonus and also Vincente who was the one that took my order when I came to the window. What are great team thank you thank you thank you!!! And Merry Christmas
