  I came in with my girl to eat, waiter clocked out immediately after telling him what we wanted. We waited 30 minutes until another waiter came out to us and said in their words “They completely forgot about us” (even though the restaurant was damn near empty at the time) we waited almost an hour after that for our food AND drinks. Don’t waste your money or time here

  Met a friend for lunch. Never been. Nice place. Clean. Sat at the bar. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Bartender was talking with regulars and ignored us. Served our 1st drinks with disdain. Same with food order which we had to prompt her to take. It was like we were an inconvenience to her the entire stay. TVs were nice. Bartender, not so much.

  Ordered Uber Eats from here and had it for dinner last night today I woke up extremely sick and I’ve been sick all day long I can’t keep anything down not even water I’ve been vomiting non stop to the point where everything is just spinning and I can’t get up from the floor

  Alexia took care of us and I have lived in Woodbridge all 31 years of my life and been to this place 50+ times and never had service this top tier service, she explained the deals and gave her suggestions on which sides were best and I NEVER had to ask for a refill she was there with a new cup right away! Definitely recommend

  Crazy how things can change in a short period of time. Went to this location for the first time after about a year and what a disappointment, first I got seated then it took approximately 8-10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table which would of not been a problem but she had walked by several times and the place was dead. We arrived here at 7:40 and the whole main section only had 3 tables with people just sitting. When we was finally recognized and took our order the waitress didn’t bring all the drinks we asked for so we asked her again and basically was ignored never got the drinks while she brought her other table theirs. Got our food the wings where decent, but the fries we got was pretty much cold and was only a handful like we had order a happy meal fries smh. She came back a few times and checked on us but didn’t ask us if we needed refills, but after we finished eating jus if we needed anything else making me fell like basically trying to get us up and out the door. At the same time management just staying there looking and observing and not saying a word or making rounds and asking guest how is everything or nothing. Yeah I want be going back to this location if I decide to visit one in the future.
