The soda was flat and when I asked if they could change the drink, she said sure but it will taste the same it comes from the same place as she rolled her eyes at me. My bacon egg and cheese had no cheese and was not eatable. Absolutely horrible food and service. $30 put in the trash! Do better Wendy's!!

I’m a food service manager and I understand that sometimes it can be a hassle but we were the only people upfront when this happened. I think extremely rude and unprofessional. When he handed my boyfriend the coffee he smirked oddly and said “I hope you enjoy, I made especially for you” which we both found very odd and concerning so he didn’t drink it.
