  I'm not sure who decided to hire the miserable misfit crew but these people were incredibly rude!! The food was good but those crew members were the absolute worst!!

  The service is fast but the smoothies overall are just watery. You can’t really taste the fruit at all just water.

  I spent $9 and I got what is a handful of salad. This was in Winchester, VA. I like the smoothies and some of the wraps. This was the first time I got a salad here. This is a PATHETIC excuse for a salad for $9. What the heck are they doing.

  I like Tropical smoothie but I cannot stand when restaurants or any business close earlier than their posted schedule! I arrived 5 minutes before close and they would not serve me. This is not customer service. If you close at 845 or 855 just make those your hours!
