I took my parents for Ester dinner. Spinach dip was returned. my steak was average, the other Ribeye was 50% gristle. Poor quality food. I expected much better

I use to LOVE Outback. The last few years it has just been on a decline. Portions are smaller, quality has vanished. No flavor in a burger, lots of grease though. The steak & shrimp Alfredo was gross. My daughter could not even eat the steak. The steak was full of grisle and way over cooked. However it may be because it sat under the heat lamp for so long since the noodles where dry and burnt in spots. The waitress was MIA, not overly friendly or attentive when she did stop by. The manager that did stop by and check on us was nice. The hostess was nice, but for the price of these meals, they should at least taste good.

Normally the steaks are decent when I go here. I got a bad steak ribeye this time inedible hard to cut or chew and overcooked. The service offered free desert or to remake it but I couldn't wait and needed to leave. The food was already paid for so I basically paid for a steak that I didnt eat. A Gift card offering would have been nice to replace my uneaten paid for steak but it wasnt brought up. Bad experience and still hungry. Thank you for contacting me and sending reimbursement for that steak.
